Terms of Use
1. Provider and scope
These terms govern the use of How to Pass Your Job Interview (diese Website / this website), operated by AdPageGurus GmbH, Vitalis Str. 387, 50933 Cologne, Germany.
2. Service
How to Pass Your Job Interview is a digital, AI-powered learning product. The service comprises your personalized course with lessons, missions, practice and tools; this content is generated individually and continuously and adapts to your progress. The journal and the chat with Evelin are additional features that require your separate consent to the processing of your free text (see Privacy Policy); without that consent they are not available, the rest of the service is unaffected. How to Pass Your Job Interview does not replace medical, therapeutic or legal advice. No specific learning outcome is owed.
3. Contract, trial, subscription, prepaid access
After registration you may start a paid membership with a trial period. After the trial, the membership renews automatically at the stated price until cancelled.
Prepaid access. Where we offer prepaid access instead of a subscription, you buy access for a fixed period (for example one week, one month or one year) with a single payment. Access ends automatically at the end of that period. Nothing renews and nothing is charged unless you buy a new period. We remind you by e-mail before it ends.
Payment provider and contractual partner for the purchase. Depending on the country of your billing address, purchases are handled by our payment provider as merchant of record: Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd., United Kingdom) or Dodo Payments (Dodo Payments LLC, USA). The provider shown in the payment window and named on your receipt is your contractual partner for the purchase; the use of the product is governed by these terms. All prices are final prices in the displayed currency; taxes are included or shown in the payment window.
Referral programme. Where offered in the product, you can invite other people through your personal invitation link. If an invited person starts a paid membership through that link and makes their first payment, you receive one month free: with an active membership your next charge moves back by one month, otherwise you receive a 30-day voucher. At most three free months per account. No cash payout. Self-referrals, accounts of the same person and any other abuse void the reward. A reward once granted is not reclaimed, even if the invited person's payment is later refunded. We may end or change the programme for the future at any time.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period (in your account settings or by e-mail to [email protected]). Prepaid access does not need to be cancelled; it ends on its own.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
Statutory right of withdrawal. Consumers resident in the EU or EEA have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Your course is digital content that is generated and delivered for you immediately after purchase. By purchasing you expressly agree that we start performance immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires as a result (§ 356(5) German Civil Code, Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive). Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
Voluntary money-back promise. Independently of that, we refund you on an informal request: for subscriptions any charge within 14 days of the transaction, for prepaid access the payment within the paid period. Refunds go in full to your original payment method. Details are in our refund policy (diese Website / this website/legal/refund).
Processing. Refunds are carried out by the payment provider of your purchase. Its terms apply in addition: for Paddle the buyer terms (www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and refund policy (www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy), for Dodo Payments the terms of service and refund policy (dodopayments.com/legal). You can send your request to [email protected] or directly to the provider.
6. Use
Your account and its content are for personal use. Unlawful or abusive use (including automated scraping or resale) is prohibited.
7. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence; otherwise only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
