Refund Policy

Payment processing

Purchases for How to Become an AI Workflow Designer are handled by our payment provider as merchant of record: depending on your country Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd.) or Dodo Payments (Dodo Payments LLC). The provider you see in the payment window is your contractual partner for the purchase, issues the invoice and processes payments and refunds on our behalf.

Prepaid access (Dodo Payments)

Where Dodo Payments is the provider, you buy access for a fixed number of days (duration and price as stated on the order page) as a one-time payment in local currency. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal; we remind you by e-mail before the end, and you can buy access again at any time. Refunds: if you are not happy within the paid period, we refund the payment in full on an informal request to [email protected] or through the link in your receipt e-mail from Dodo Payments. The 14-day window below applies to subscriptions.

Trial and subscription

Membership starts with a paid trial (one-time payment, duration and price as stated on the order page). It then renews automatically as a monthly subscription at the stated price until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time in your account settings or by e-mail to [email protected]. If you cancel during the trial, the subscription ends with the trial and does not start. If you cancel a running subscription, access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; no further charges follow. Prepaid access does not need to be cancelled; it ends on its own.

Refunds

For subscriptions you can get any charge refunded within 14 days of the transaction, for prepaid access within the paid period. Simply contact your payment provider directly (Paddle through paddle.net, Dodo Payments through the link in your receipt e-mail) or send an informal e-mail to [email protected] and we will pass your request on to the provider. The affected charge is refunded in full to your original payment method. The refund policy of your provider applies in addition: Paddle (www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) or Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com/legal).

Statutory rights

Consumers in the EU and EEA have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because your course is digital content that is generated and delivered immediately after purchase, that right expires with the immediate start of performance you confirm at checkout (§ 356(5) German Civil Code, Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive); our voluntary money-back promise above goes beyond it. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected in any case. For the purchase, the provider named in the payment window is your contractual partner; its terms apply in addition (Paddle: www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms, Dodo Payments: dodopayments.com/legal). To exercise your rights, an informal e-mail to [email protected] or a request to the provider is sufficient.
