✦ For employers

Hire people who proved the skill.

Remote entry roles for learners of evelin courses. Every application comes with verified skills, a cover letter and an application kit. Nothing arrives before the learner says yes.

Fixed price per application. Prepaid. No success fee.

What you get

Applications you can act on.

0101

Verified skills

Mastery per skill, measured across lessons. You ask for specific skills and a minimum level.

0202

A complete application

Cover letter written for your role, application kit as a signed link, profile links. No form on your side.

0303

Ready and available

The learner states availability, hours per week and start date themselves before the introduction.

How it works

Three steps to your first introduction.

1

Describe the role

Title, tasks, remote or location, employment type, required skills. Evelin lists it inside the course as an internal job.

2

Set budget and cap

A monthly budget and a maximum number of contacts. The price per lead is fixed by category and shown before you publish.

3

Receive applications

The learner applies inside evelin with one consent step. The application lands in your portal or webhook, no external form, no bot.

The moment of consent

Evelin asks, the learner decides.

Inside the course, the learner sees your role as a labelled partner offer. One tap opens the consent step with the exact field list.

Pricing model

One fixed price per lead category.

Concrete prices are shown in your account when you create an offer, in EUR or USD.

Fixed price per category
Each lead category has one price. You see it before anything goes live. No negotiation.
Prepaid credit
You top up a package. Delivered leads are booked from the balance. An empty balance pauses the offer, a top-up resumes it.
No base fee, no success fee
You pay per delivered lead only. No subscription, no commission on hires or deals, nothing to report.
Monthly budget and contact cap
You set both per offer. Evelin stops asking when either limit is reached.
Technical claims, credited within 7 days
Bounced e-mail, duplicate, wrong country or language, empty required field: credited automatically. A person who does not reply is not a claim.
Prices live in the portal

Trust

Why learners trust it, and why you can too.

Every rule below protects the learner first. That is why the introductions you receive are real.

Consent per lead

The learner sees exactly which details go to you and agrees or declines. Nothing leaves their profile before that.

Labelled offers

Every paid offer carries the label Partner offer, on the card and in Evelin's suggestion.

Fit decides the order

Money never ranks an offer. Skills, intent and availability do. Free options stay next to paid ones.

Verified skills

Mastery is measured from answers over time, lesson by lesson. A claim on a CV does not count.

One ask, one answer

Evelin suggests an offer once. A no closes it for good. At most one unasked suggestion per learner in 14 days.

Withdrawal

Learners can withdraw in their settings. Further delivery stops and you receive a notice to delete what you hold.

FAQ

Questions employers ask

How is this different from a job board?+

The role lives inside the course. Learners apply in one step with consent. No external form, no captcha, no bot on your side.

Where do applications arrive?+

In your partner portal, by e-mail, or as a signed webhook to your ATS. You choose in settings.

What if a candidate does not reply?+

That is not a claim. Claims cover technical faults only: bounce, duplicate, wrong country or language, empty required field.

Can I require specific skills?+

Yes. Pick up to five skills from the course and a minimum mastery. Evelin asks only learners who meet it.

Do I have to report hires?+

No. There is no success fee and nothing to report. You may record an outcome for your own overview.

Can I pause a role?+

Any time. A paused role disappears from the course. Budget cap and contact cap pause it automatically.
